论文摘要：Structural estimation can also be defined as theory-based estimation: the objective of the exercise is to estimate an explicitly specified economic model that is broadly consistent with observed data. We will introduce a basic stochastic life cycle model and use the method of simulated moment (MSM) to estimate the model. We will use this method to research the effect of the China Public Institutions Reform, analyze its welfare effect and do counterfactual simulation.
